I love Saturdays; it's one of those days when everything finally quieted down for me. It's a reminder to slow down and take a deep breath. Starting my morning routine is one of my best practices for a good Saturday. Saturdays are also a great time to restock on groceries, giving me enough time to prepare my meals for the week.
But the highlight of my Saturday self-care routine is burning a cute scented candle accompanied by a funny rom-com. Something about the flickering light and soothing aroma instantly puts me in a relaxed state of mind.
